SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • When will my order ship?

    We aim to get orders out within one week. Since we are just starting out and only have one person completing fulfillment, we can’t get things out same day. We thank you for your patience! Follow @rocketslothco on instagram for more up to date information on when shipments will be going out.

  • I made an error when typing my address! Can you correct it?

    Thank you for noticing! If you see any discrepancies with your order, let us know right away. Just send us an email with your order number and address change, so we can get it taken care of.

  • I ordered stickers- will you provide me with a tracking number?

    Stickers do not come with a tracking number. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. All other orders include a tracking number.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

    We don’t currently offer international shipping, but hope to in the future! That said, we do have the ability to ship to APO addresses.

  • I need my item(s) ASAP - can they be rushed?

    We do not offer rush shipping, but we ship USPS priority / first class (depends on weight) so your order should arrive in one to two days within Utah once shipped. In most cases or contiguous US orders, your package should arrive in 4-7 business days.

  • I didn't receive all of my items, when will the other(s) arrive?

    Some items will occasionally ship separately, and occasionally our team forgets to add something! Let us know via info@rocketslothco.com if you have any trouble with your items.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • I received my item(s), may I exchange it/them for something different?

    Unfortunately since we operate on small quantities we aren’t able to offer exchanges at this time. That said, if we sent you the wrong thing please let us know and we can sort it out - we will send you a prepaid return label and get you what you ordered!

  • Can I return my item if I don't like it?

    We’re pretty dang confident you’ll like it! At the moment we are not in a position to accommodate for returns, hopefully we’ll be able to add this in the future though. With a lot of time and resources going into getting your order to you, returns can get a little tough. We are simply not amazon.com!

  • My item arrived damaged- will you ship me a new one?

    In order to provide you with a new product, we’ll need to have you return the damaged product. You will pay shipping for the damaged item to be returned. Rocket Sloth Co is not responsible for lost or stolen items, but if the item as been damaged DURING SHIPPING we will almost certainly be able to send you a new one.
